What you're doing

• As an experienced expert, you will carry out data science, machine learning or deep learning projects from conception to implementation.
• You advise and support our customers on the topics of data science and machine learning with your distinctive consulting charm.
• You develop strategies so that our existing customers receive the best possible advice consistently and new customers can be acquired.
• You are responsible for planning and organizing workshops and training courses and find creative ways to create interactive sessions at any time.
• You are an experienced project manager (m/d/f) who takes care of everything from project initialization to the preparation of project proposals and monitoring.
• You are the interface between technology and business, i.e. you convey complex technical concepts and are responsible for requirements management between technical teams and business areas.
• You support junior colleagues in their day-to-day business and are available as a buddy for questions and answers.

What do you bring

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in data science and have demonstrable project management skills.
• You are tech-savvy and love tackling challenging tasks.
• You know Python, PyTorch or Tensorflow as well as Docker.
• You are an excellent communicator (m/f/d) and focus not only on customers, but also on solutions.
• You are ready to work in Karlsruhe or participate in projects across Germany.
• You have fluent German (at least C1 levels) and good written and spoken English skills.
• Your friends describe you as organized, a team player, and an analytical mindset.
